About Mr. Chuck Klein

Chuck Klein is managing partner of Amcon Recruitment. A native Chicagoan and dedicated Cub’s fan, he specializes in implementing action oriented executive and sales management search assignments in the USA for non-American corporations, trade associations and public organizations. He has over 20 year’s recruitment experience in a wide range of industries.

Chuck is not your typical recruiter.

Prior to entering the executive search arena, he worked in business development positions at leading corporations including General Electric and Newark Electronics (now “Farnell element 14”). He works closely with hiring managers and candidates, strengthening cultural understand on both sides, leading to a successful business relationship.

Chuck is the author of Marketing to America - How non-US Companies can Profit by Selling in the USA published by Prentice Hall / Financial Times, the leading business newspaper and business book publisher in Europe. He has also written over 100 articles that have been published in business publications worldwide and was a contributing author to Global Gold, published by the American Management Association.
He is frequently invited to speak to audiences on executive search and international business development topics and is known for his practical "hands on" training techniques.
